We aim to support clients with dignity, independence, and wellbeing through professional companionship and personalised support services. Our team is committed to delivering the highest standards of care and compassion at all times.

All appointments should be booked in advance and are subject to staff availability. We will confirm bookings as promptly as possible and will notify you of any changes at the earliest opportunity.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to bookings where possible. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation charge depending on the agreed service arrangement.
Payments must be made according to the agreed service arrangement and invoice terms. We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the point of service arrangement.
All personal information is treated confidentially and managed in accordance with UK data protection regulations and UK GDPR. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Heritage Companionship Glasgow promotes a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both clients and staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour directed at any member of our team. We reserve the right to withdraw services where the safety of our staff is at risk.
We reserve the right to amend or update services, pricing, and terms when necessary. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes to services or pricing. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Heritage Companionship Ltd provides non-medical, non-regulated companionship and support services only. We are not responsible for medical decisions or outcomes. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
