Our Services

We currently provide companionship, wellbeing support, welfare monitoring, community engagement support, appointment accompaniment, social support, light home assistance, and non-medical support services designed to promote independence and wellbeing.

No. Heritage Companionship and Care Ltd currently focuses on companionship and non-medical support services. Personal care and regulated care services are not currently provided.

No. Our team does not administer medication. Any support relating to medication is limited to agreed non-clinical reminders where appropriate and within service boundaries.

Yes. We provide non-clinical hospital discharge settling-in support designed to help individuals readjust to home life, maintain routines, access practical assistance, and receive companionship following discharge.

No. While many of our clients are older adults, our services may also support adults who would benefit from companionship, wellbeing support, social engagement, community connection, or welfare monitoring.

Support arrangements can be tailored to individual needs and may range from occasional visits to more regular ongoing support.

Safety & Standards

Yes. Appropriate recruitment checks, including PVG checks where required, form part of our commitment to safer recruitment and safeguarding.

We operate through safeguarding procedures, support planning, professional boundaries, staff guidance, welfare monitoring, and clear escalation processes designed to promote safety and wellbeing.

Absolutely. We respect every client’s privacy and handle all information in accordance with UK GDPR and confidentiality standards. Personal information is never shared without consent except where required by law.

Our staff receive training in safeguarding adults, confidentiality and GDPR, health and safety awareness, dementia awareness, infection prevention, professional boundaries, hospital discharge procedures, and communication and companionship skills.

Support Planning

A Support Plan is a personalised document developed with the individual and, where appropriate, their family. It helps us understand preferences, routines, wellbeing goals, communication needs, support requirements, and agreed arrangements for service delivery.

Absolutely. We encourage appropriate family involvement wherever desired and beneficial. Communication arrangements can be agreed as part of the support planning process.

Yes. With the client’s consent, we can provide updates and reassurance to family members regarding arrival home and general wellbeing. Keeping families informed is an important part of our service.
