Heritage Companionship and Care Ltd and Care was founded on a simple belief — that everyone deserves to live independently, with dignity, warmth, and the right support around them.
We exist to bridge the gap between clinical care and independent living. When someone leaves hospital or finds daily life increasingly difficult, the right non-medical support can make the difference between thriving and struggling.
Heritage Companionship and Care Ltd provides that support — professionally, consistently, and always with the client’s dignity at the centre of every decision we make.
Every interaction is led by genuine care for the person in front of us.
PVG-checked staff, documented support plans, and rigorous safeguarding standards.
Consistent, punctual visits from familiar faces the client can trust.
Rooted in Glasgow, connected to the people and places that matter.
Heritage Companionship and Care Ltd was established after recognising a critical gap in Glasgow’s care landscape — thousands of people were being discharged from hospital with no structured non-medical support at home. We set out to change that.
Our first year saw us supporting families across the West End and South Side of Glasgow. Every support plan was built from scratch, tailored to the individual — a principle we maintain to this day.
Growing demand led to a carefully managed expansion of our support worker team. Every new member undergoes full PVG disclosure, induction training, and a supervised introductory period before working independently.
Our team brings together professional experience, genuine compassion, and a shared commitment to delivering outstanding support.
